Pros

Outside of upper management, most of the people I worked with were great people.

Cons

This is hands down the worst place I have ever worked. Long hours, terrible pay, constantly understaffed, upper management is heartless and only care about money, turnover rate is about 90%. The average lifespan is about 6 months, People either burnout and quit, or you are let go and replaced with someone cheaper. If it is your first day on the job, it is common that it’s someone’s last day. you aren’t trained for anything, you aren’t given proper tools to do your job, This job is a foot in the door at best. If you somehow manage to stay for a long period of time, it will hold you back in your career. You will learn next to nothing working here. My advice to anyone considering working here, don’t waste your time. It’s a dead end and you will never advance your career here. There are much better opportunities with employers that actually want to invest in you, advance your career, and actually care about work/life balance.

Pros

At Menlo, innovation isn’t a buzzword—it’s the mindset. Leadership genuinely thinks big, moves fast, and focuses on building scalable tech that grows with the customer. The team is hungry, sharp, and serious about creating real value. If you're a high achiever who can pivot quickly and stay focused under pressure, you’ll thrive here. What really stands out? A relentless focus on taking care of the customer. You’re encouraged to block out the noise, stay locked in on your goals, and go the extra mile—without waiting to be told. That kind of drive is not only appreciated here, it’s rewarded. Oh, and customer success? Not just lip service. The company actually cares—and you’ll feel it in the way they operate. Leadership is forward-thinking, not afraid to challenge the status quo, and always looking for smart ways to grow. If you're ready to build something meaningful and work with a team that plays to win, Menlo is the place.

Cons

If you are a negative person, that likes to gossip or tear down your teammates, you' won't like it here. Backstabbing and negative people aren't tolerated.
