Pros
Overall, was a good opportunity, there was mismatch between what my job offered and what I was seeking in my career. Found most colleagues enjoyable to work with.
Cons
I worked in Norwalk office and the morale was dead, overall the office lacked true leadership. As is the case with many multinational companies, very political so very difficult to implement innovation or change.
