      It's a semi-livable wage. If you're lucky enough to avoid work, you'll likely be promoted.

      Cons

      Intelligence isn't required or promoted, instead incompetance and dissrepect is. Expect long hours of repetitive and outdated tasks with no support or appreciation from others. The lower management and employee culture has dissolved over the past 3 years.

      -Trustworthy immediate colleagues -Good work/life balance and flexibility

      Cons

      -Little career pathing within company. Organization is extremely siloed, and cheap as they simply aren't interested in paying for small things to advance one's career like local industry conferences and events such as team holiday dinners that would have minimal impact on the company's bottom line. -Pay not aligned with skills or talent marketplace -One would think a benefits/career consultant would have decent pay and benefits. This is not the case
