Pros
Mercy has good core values and generally hard working people that like their jobs. After experiencing the clinical setting first hand, it made me appreciate my job and Mercy as a company much more. The staff as a whole enjoy working here and want to make it a better place for patients.
Cons
There has been more efforts in expanding options for job growth but still feels limited. That may be more specifically department related as opposed to company wide. Employees within don't always get sought after over new applicants and that doesn't really help morale....
