      Pros

      Excellent place to work. Always getting better. Merit raises annually. Holiday bonuses, and excellent flex scheduling! PTO that cant be beat!

      Cons

      Encourage and reimburse higher education. Covers all costs for work equipment, credentialing, and continuing education. Benefits are spectacular, with facility discounts and payroll deduction for costly procedures including immediate family.

      Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

      Cons

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
