      Pros

      I enjoyed my co-workers and the radiologists. The facility is clean and the healthcare was decent.

      Cons

      The patient load is not sustainable over time. Adding more and more patients was the priority at Mercy, not the health or happiness of the employees. The scheduling was erratic and everyone was micromanaged.

      Good base rate: starts at 30 with 10k sign on bonus Weekend program gets an extra 9.50 an hr Diffs are Evenings: 2. Nights: 4. Weekends: 1.5

      Cons

      Very short staffed They mark everyone as “average” on performance reviews so they only have to give you a 3% raise Last year due to “budget cuts” they only gave every person a 2.5% raise even those 1/3 of our staff had quit. We have like half of the staffing we used to have If you spend the night during a snow storm you don’t get anything for it
