Gaining clients is hard, but it is even harder when the system is rigged against you. Make no mistake, no one is there to help you. Many "teams" ask PMDs to join them, only to use and abuse and eventually take any clients that they might bring on during their time. Oh, and the hierarchical system that places PMDs at the bottom of the social ladder is not much fun either Lastly, it was infuriating how 23 year old kids right out of college would be able to "pass" the program because they happen to share the same last name as someone already working there. Even with that, the success rate teeters around 10% or less. I did make it, I did pass the program. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. There are better ways to get into the industry.
