Great team atmosphere - Project Manager MetLife Employee Review

While I enjoyed my time with most coworkers it was often highly political environment where favorites were obvious. I felt I was held back for doing a job well, but they had no one to backfill if I was promoted. Unfortunately it seems they are in the business lately to offshore much of the business processes and downsizing in the US.
