Pros

Different types of technologies to work with.

Cons

Too many people, working on same thing. Age gap of 5-6 years between senior and junior due to IT stock market crash in 2002 Promotions are difficult. The company has been recruiting only since last 2-3 years creating a batch of people with same chances of promotion. Everybody at higher levels are managers, they have reached the limit on how high they can be promoted. Senior level not supportive enough due to work pressures on them. Machines are very slow, and office is old.

Good people, good office. Higher than normal base pay. AE role has unlimited upside with an aggressive commission structure

Product is failing and little to no new deals coming in
