Well after so many years I can say I have fond memories of the days when Saylor was an absentee CEO. Now the CEO, Co Presidents and CRO seem to be happy collecting their checks, massive STOCK Grants that no one can justify
Cons
Run for your life!!! This place is acid, while they will pay us in Sales Management dearly during this new P&L phase you only have to sell your soul to get the $$ by rolling back the commissions of your team members and enforcing bogus Thresholds. What a trade off, $$ for the Devil.
