Pros
Good supportive company, lots of opportunity to learn. Stable company, lots of job security.
Cons
Horrible 401k matching is discretionary therefore hardly anything is given. They try to make up for it with company stock grant bonuses but so far in my experience they fall way short. If you want to work until the day you die this is a good company for you. Health benefits also are weak and expensive.
