Pros

Lot of positive interaction as around 50 approx programmers, all technical, and lots of projects. Company has very happy clients, so it is good to work with them - like a partnership - and managers encourage innovation

Cons

Workload can be heavy for those who work. some people goof off and do not perform

Thanks for your response. We do have between 1 to 3 saturdays off, and the reason that we do work on these days is that a lot of clients need us, and also on some saturdays we can have interaction and learn from each other.
