I worked in Microware Computing & Consulting full-time for more than 2 years
Pros
There is only one pros that this company is best for freshers.
Cons
1- Every time all the employees do work like donkeys (no work environment). 2- There is no enteratinment in this company (Even if every year on Diwali he arrange Party on his home and play those games which we were play in our schools like kursi daud, Tambola etc. :D). No other outgoing or any party. 3- Ther is no motivational factor. 4- Everytimes all the Rule and regulations are in the favour of company. 5- CEO refused to give gratuity to those seniors who have completed 5 years (some are of 7-8 years in this company). 6- CEO always interfere in minor activities like Coffee finished, more use of sugar etc. 7- Company always ready to cut salaries of employees on any excuse. 8- This is one man company. You dont have any right to take any decision. 9- No advance technology to learn (After some time you will feel that you are very backward from current market). 10- Seniors are also not so much supportive (they are like puppets) 11- Till then you will not say for salary increment , you will not get hike. 12- If you are working in this company then you will always confuse about your salary (Never know how much your salary is. Dont provide salary slip.To get salary slip you will have to lie like Loan, CC etc. ) 13- If you got accident in official hours (or client side) , you will not get any claim. 14- No accounting of leaves. You will never know how much leaves you can take in a year and how many leaves you have taken. Boss can deduct salary to show that you have leaves in minus. :D 15- If you are a fresher then you are welcome otherwise dont take entry in this company. You will spoil your future.
