No pros at all Work only if you are desperately in a need of job.HR prefers such guys who are in a need of job..and hires them with low salary Any1 who wants to spendtime for no reason with low salary,can join the company,else dont

No training is provided regarding the product No celebration,very dull environment unprofessional HR policies,delayed appraisals(appraisals gets delayed by a 8-9 months)with reduced arrears amounts When an employe is about to leave the company,HR ignores the employee,delay in clearance of employees evn over this,HR argues with the emplyees Very low salary,low than industry standards Nothing to learn Once you join escan,you are not welcomed,but cursed for joing the company
