Leadership from the top down are great people that you want to help out, not just because of their titles but because they are genuine and authentic.

- Small team with a lot of work - After hours work Midrex is a small company and the same applies to my department. While the work is rewarding, our plates are consistently full and if I didn't truly enjoy the company of everyone I work with, I might feel overworked. There are also many occasions that we've needed to be available during various times outside of normal business hours, usually to support teammates that are located outside of the country at different sites or one of our other offices around the globe
