      Pros

      The only thing good about this job is the people at the facility level. The residents, family members and most employees are great!

      Cons

      The corporation provides very low compensation for those at the facility level, who are the ones who actually do the work. The benefits are horrible, only 6 paid holidays a year, zero support from corporate, and upper management has a serious superiority complex.

Leadership is approachable and transparent, and they truly invest in employee development through training, mentorship, and clear career growth paths.

      There’s a lot of autonomy here, which is empowering, but it might feel overwhelming for someone who prefers more structured guidance
