      Pros

      Communities are beautiful and are each different in their own special way. The residents are wonderful.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits, cheapest option for family is $720 a pay, not a month but a pay! No match for 401K. Way too much micromanagement. A Lot is put on the Business Office Manager from all different directions, they expect you to be able to answer an email immediately but also be in the community. PTO accrual is very slow even for managers. AP takes weeks sometimes months to pay vendors, and the BOM is left to handle angry calls from said vendors.

      I've been with Milestone for almost 11 years, and it's been a genuinely rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative and inclusive environment where everyone's voice is heard and valued. Leadership is approachable and transparent, and they truly invest in employee development through training, mentorship, and clear career growth paths.

      There’s a lot of autonomy here, which is empowering, but it might feel overwhelming for someone who prefers more structured guidance
