Pros
Room to grow within the company Fun team to work with, lots of learning and courses, can occasionally work with sales team, some OT, RRSP match, health insurance and health spend $ per year. 3 week pay vacation, not micro managed, raise every year based on performance
Cons
Some bonus pay got cut to half of team with no explanation, can be a stressful work load with not enough support. Some people can float with no consequences and do the bare minimum but applauded when they work, 5 managers in 4 years, constant changes made by higher ups that don't work with shop flow. Opinions asked but not supported - tools to enhance work flow get cut.
