      The company makes a great product. Really that is all.

      Cons

      The company will make all the kids in TTi think Milwaukee is the best of the best to work for. Milwaukee has absolutely zero culture. The senior management made up some ball of bull at their national sales meeting about what they believe the culture to be. Just so so bad my god!

      Great company perks, free food, trade shows, golf etc. Lots of travel, can be fun but also not when it’s 6 weeks in a row

      Super cut throat personalities from a group of people. People that bark the loudest but do the least. Instead of a raise, they will give you free tickets to an event. Lots of travel
