Not just in the products they produce but they type of culture they have developed. They think big and allow their employees to make decisions, take risks and make mistakes. If you take a risk and make a mistake, you are expected to learn from it but you are congratulated for trying. They also have fantastic family outings every year. Everyone works hard but plays hard. It's a very candid culture. People give you honest feedback and there are never any pink elephants in our meetings. It's very fast paced with very little red tape. It's a fun and exciting company to work for.
