Access to well-known companies and technically interesting projects. The onboarding process itself is relatively smooth, and the platform has good visibility in the contractor market.
Cons
The main issue is expectation setting and transparency. Projects are presented as ongoing engagements, but in practice can end abruptly due to budget decisions with little to no prior warning. In my case, the project ended after a very short period, despite being framed as a regular role with no clear end date.
As a contractor, this has a significant professional and financial impact, especially when there is no early signal that a project is at risk.
