Pros
I began my career at Mitsogo as an Intern and was later converted to a full-time employee, which provided me with a strong foundation in HR operations. I gained hands-on experience across end-to-end HR operational activities and had the opportunity to serve as the SPOC for global employee engagement initiatives. This role allowed me to collaborate with employees across different countries, enabling effective coordination and inclusive event planning on a global scale.
The organization encourages idea sharing, and I received valuable exposure that helped me understand HR processes in depth. Working under an autocratic leadership style helped me develop discipline, accountability, and a strong understanding of structured workflows. Overall, Mitsogo’s culture is rooted in integrity and mutual respect, creating an environment that supports learning, collaboration, and professional growth.
Cons
The discontinuation of food and cab facilities is the primary concern.
