Pros

1. Most people are great co-workers who want to build something special. 2. Benefits aren’t bad, and in line with what most tech companies offer. Nothing special. 3. Company has good politics and does some good work in the field of promoting women in tech and other campaigns 4. They are really trying hard at making sure the company is diverse and hiring appropriately to meet those ends.

Cons

1. Don’t believe the hype. They will talk about cultural values but if you have an issue, prepare to be given lip service and nothing be done about the actual issue. 2. No budget to make things better. We are constantly told to innovate and make things better, but when we ask for the tools or people to do these things, there’s no money. 3. CEO much too involved in the day to day. There are horror stories about how involved the CEO is making day to day decisions on staff, marketing strategies, sales strategy, etc. he clearly doesn’t trust his teams and there’s a reason the org has been through so many VP of Sales, can’t keep a marketing team, and the general unhappiness. He loves to surround himself with ‘Yes’ men and women who won’t question or stand up against any of his (usually bad) decisions. 4. People are over-worked and stressed because backfilling positions is non-existent. They let people go (or people quit) and they don’t backfill. This leads to workloads increasing while they keep touting work/life balance that doesn’t exist. 5. Too many cliques. The old saying holds very true here, it’s not what you know, it’s who you know. Friend of a senior leader? You can get away with anything.

Pros

Momentum is real—6 straight quarters of growth has given the company energy and focus. New CEO brings a fresh perspective and is already leaning into transparency, customer focus, and bold decision-making. Offsites and Mixcursions are genuinely inspiring—rare to see a company invest in bringing everyone together in ways that feel energizing, not just performative. A renewed set of values that leadership is actively encouraging people to live and celebrate. Smart, collaborative teammates who want to do their best work and help each other succeed. Free lunch for days you come into the office ($20 up to twice a week) - thanks for bringing back this nice perk!

Cons

Like any company in growth mode, there’s still work to do in connecting strategy to execution consistently across teams. Moving fast means priorities shift sometimes, which can feel challenging to navigate.

Pros

Welcoming and supportive co-workers and so far everyone has been willing to jump in and help with issues. Good benefits. My team has a real interest in doing things better and differently.

Cons

We are better at starting something than finishing it. We have a lot of tools and disjointed processes.
