1. No work life balance 2. Poor management 3. No variable distribution when they should actually distribute employees. 4. No work from home. 5. No growth and learning opportunities. 6. HR under full control of so called tech managers. 7. No covid leaves. 8. Poor leave management. 9. No empath or medical assistance from company to people who actually require them. 10. No job security. 11. Anyone can be fired easily without prior notice.( Have seen many cases of this) 12. No learning or any kind of course is not provided or reimbursed by company for self growth or for any tech course for any project development. 13. Nothing about this company is employee centric. 14. and so on…
