The people are great to work with. A lot of stuff to learn for the first 5-6 years in technical area.

A lot of reorganization, after merging with minor ISP's. Which messed up the organization and expertise of the people. Hiring people for 1 purpose then they act as a purpose 2. There is no career growth possibilities. U can have 15 years of technical background and still you are engineer not a senior. Head of Departments are trying to keep integrity of the teams. The work load is not evenly distributed with the teams. U can come in 8am till 8pm just to keep up, while your collegues have 9 til 5 attitude.

Cons
It all depends on the immediate supervisor. Worked more than 40 hours a week and it was unpaid. In most cases, just before the end of the workday, it is announced that there is more work to be done and it must be done NOW.
