• Guiding and developing sales team in company shop • Focus on target execution and superior customer service • Dealing with reports, documents, etc. • Identify customer needs, offer and sale all kind of company products and services • Deliver superior customer service • Demonstrate knowledge about whole telecom industry • Attract new individual and business customers • Participate in a variety of commercial projects and initiatives

Cons

It all depends on the immediate supervisor. Worked more than 40 hours a week and it was unpaid. In most cases, just before the end of the workday, it is announced that there is more work to be done and it must be done NOW.
