      Pros

      Really strong team spirit - feels like a family Start up mentality - get things done together Social events/initiatives and DEI programmes - they really make an effort to build the company culture from the ground up Very strong creative product that clients love Trust their employees to get the job done and give them the support and autonomy to succeed

      Cons

      London HQ needs a bit of TLC but its getting there and at least gives us all a space to co-work and collaborate

      Pros

      Amazing roster of clients, annual overseas trip, flexibility in the workplace, C-Suite that cares about each person. Culture is everything and everyone is treated like family.

      Cons

      Smaller team, but growing quickly. Longer hours working across multiple time zones but improving.

      unstable company with chaotic leadership constantly changing priorities no internal or external training documents or proper onboarding materials blames employees and team members instead of providing a stable environment to learn and grow in
