DO NOT WORK HERE - Account Director Mondo Employee Review

Never in my life have I have felt more devalued, unappreciated, and abused in my entire life. This company is toxic. Expect a hostile micro-managed environment, constantly checking over your shoulder to see if someone is watching you. There is no trust between management and their employees and they view everyone as disposable at any time. This company believes that threatening, intimidating, and bullying their employees is an effective means of motivation. There is absolutely no work-life balance, expectations are completely unrealistic to maintain, the commission structure is a scam, management has no idea what they are doing...the list goes on and on. This company has the highest turnover rate you will ever see in your life. No can last more than a year, and most people quit in the first 2 weeks. I can promise you that all of the "positive reviews" on here are all fake, in fact they would bribe and threaten us to write positive reviews to boost their ratings. DO NOT WORK HERE - don't say I didn't warn you....
