I've worked at Mondo for 7+ years and can't imagine myself elsewhere. It is a team of vibrant people who are constantly spurring growth and new trends in the industry. I started as a temp and have moved my way up through a sales role to management and now to sales operations, where I will be responsible for building out the curriculum of our training program. Never have I seen a company so focused on its people and their success. Our management, VPs and CEO are all hands on deck and love collaborating with even the most junior of employees. It is a place where innovation is sparked by an open environment and where management isn't afraid of new ideas or change. -Super fast paced - if you like a calm environment this isn't where you want to be -Management demands only the best - if you don't want to give it your all and be proud of every piece of work you do then this isn't the place for you -Open area seating makes for a noisy environment at times - if you need quiet to work your desk you're likely not going to find it here
