Pros
The base salary is okay.
Cons
-Working for Mondo is a stain on my resume and I hope you do not make the same mistake. -Most Mondo offices are TOXIC environments. -The interview: The process if full of lies. Not sure why management thinks it's okay to lie to people and convince them to leave their current jobs for a role that is completely different from the one described in the interview. -After being told this office was great and thriving, I had only been with the company for a few weeks when the president got on a call with the sales team and said our office is the laughingstock of the company and needs to do better. -Work hard play hard = Work a 55+ hour work week M-F and then you’re told to work on the weekends. -Poorly managed: Management has no clue what they’re doing. They’ve never taken a management course or self educated in the field therefore, the mentorship is just as bad. -No trust: The sales team had “confidential” meeting with HR around improving office culture. This meeting was not confidential and employees were individually confronted by management about what they said.
