Pros
I worked as a Consultant with Mondo from 2012-2013. The team I had worked with were very proactive and ensured that they match up the client companies with the right consultants. Mondo had placed me with a tech company for a year-long assignment. I enjoyed working with Mondo and their client company, and the Mondo team were maintained an excellent client-consultant relationship.
Cons
The only "con" I can think of applies to being an independent consultant in general, and not specifically directed at Mondo. At the time, there were no health benefit options. I know that this was being explored and they had reached out to me to get my thoughts and opinions.
