Pros
None that I can think of.
Cons
They use one of their core values of “accountability” to coerce you into working 11-12 hour days and weekends. If a candidate backs out of an interview be prepared to spend all night looking for a “backup” while still being expected to hit your weekly metrics regardless of how niche the role is. Very poor diversity in the company (just look up “mondo agents” on Instagram. You can count the diversity on one hand) They like to hire fresh grads with no benchmarks for what a real work environment works like. This allows them to brainwash employees into believing their hours and tactics are “normal”. Most employees are scared to speak up to the bully of a president, Stephanie Wernick Barker. Be prepared to pressure candidates into accepting jobs at companies they have never spoken to. You will be required to blow each candidate up. If you want a job with a terrible commission structure, thrive under micromanagement, and want an environment that feels like the sorority or fraternity nobody wanted to rush then sure, take a job here!
