They reached out to me with a good job with good pay for a large company that promised benefits after a “contract to hire” period.
Cons
Mislead me about the job, and then called to fire me claiming I hadn’t been reachable in 2 weeks. I provided a paper trail between me and my superiors at the company, as well as an approved invoice. No one cared or advocated for me, which is what you’d expect a recruiting company to do, stand up for their clients. I am STILL receiving emails as if I wasn’t terminated. It’s confusing and I am left wondering the real reasons I was let go, if it was because they didn’t have enough work for me (they actually said that they didn’t) or some other reason- but to make something up that’s easily disproved is just weird gaslighting that wouldn’t have ever expected from professionals.
