The office was well decorated and the base pay was average

The management was petty and childish. They seem young and hip by saying "lets f*cking go" a lot, but it's just a social club. They bring people on, and have them banging the phones like door to door salesmen with no training. They give their most junior employees the dead leads to start with, and fire people without giving them a chance to grow. The people they've calling have had 5 different reps calling on them in the past year, and hate to hear the name of the company. The definition of sink or swim, no support system whatsoever, no training whatsoever. Run from this place. management needs to reorganize everything from the top down.
