Thanks for recognising the culture and environment that we have at MoneySmart. We work very hard to bring on board the right type of people and create a culture where people love working together.
Regarding business strategy, we try and spend as much time as possible to document and communicate this to everyone because we fully recognise the risks and inefficiencies of a misaligned team.
