      Pros

      The company culture and employee perks are what makes the offer stand out the most

      Cons

      1) The company is middle heavy, i.e., more managers and discussions and less people to do the work which pretty much extends the the amount of time taken to complete a task. 2) The company often times keeps the employees in dark with respect to how they are REALLY doing in terms of investments and funding and where was it spent, posing a big question on the CXO's 3) People are told that the company's work timings are flexible and that the importance is placed on the value of the employee's work. Well that's not true. You will be judged on basis of the time you spend on your desk, doesn't matter if you do the work or not. 4) The people culture which was the deciding factor for joining the company has been degrading continously

      The culture of the engineering team eroded over time. Some managers are not friendly/approachable - No appreciation of work.

      Incompetent group of people, Stay Away

      - A bit of flexibility - Some coworkers are generally nice - Less OT

      Like the other reviews mentioned, some of the reviews here are faked. I would recommend other designers that wanting to join the company to think twice as there are few reasons I will list below: 1. There's no leadership in the current team. (Was better last time before the former lead left) 2. Lack of experience/background/knowledge team lead 3. Fluffy people The current team lead lacks the experience, background and knowledge to do his job. Big talker, egoistic and knows nothing. Besides the English skill, he's lacking a product and design mindset as well. At best a pretentious graphic designer trying to work in tech industry.
