      Relatively better work culture and life balance as compared to other ad agencies.

      Cons

      Zero support from management. Being treated like a second class citizen by international employees. No transparency. No bonuses. Didn't get a raise for three years.

      It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

      Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
