Where should I start! They hire young inexperienced people because they want to save money, and the company is way understaffed. Because the staff is spread everywhere around the world and many are contractors and part-timers, good luck in getting everyone together or getting things done. HR you can't get anything from these people "NULL, ZERO, NADA". Senior Management, chaos! you can't understand what is the strategy or the direction. it's like let's try everything and spread thin everywhere. the only obvious strategy is to sell as many projects as possible despite the capabilities and operations readiness at the expense of the client and delivery staff. The operation team need an overhaul, from the tip-top and roll down
