Pros

Fantastic healthcare Some very intelligent, collaborative coworkers + rocket ship growth allows for many learning opportunities Autonomy and large scope of responsibility Upward career trajectory for those that are privileged enough to be in the know or are willing to take on much more without a raise The cool factor (if that is important to you) with impressive creative and accolades

Cons

Back office functions are not valued and ridiculously lean given the size of the company. Folks are spread very thin and cannot be successful with the size of their workload and ever changing priorities. BURNOUT is rampant. Very little vision, direction or strategy from the top. Teams have incompatible or competing priorities. It is difficult to make progress on individual goals and necessary improvements due to indecisive and misaligned leadership. A high stress, competitive environment in which some employees exhibit rude, demeaning and even sexist behavior towards one another with no consequence. Pay is not competitive, especially in relation to the workload Day-to-day feels and operates like many different entities versus one cohesive brand

Pros

The team members who are in the weeds

Cons

* Low pay and lack of career progression. Last year I had my first raise in years but it was a VERY small increase that hasn't improved my quality of life unfortunately. This year they pushed the merit increase by half a year. There isn't a doubt among all of colleagues that this is an intentional move to get more folks to quit / save money. * High employee turnover. * Multiple waves of layoffs and departures since 2024. Lack of communication and planning around layoffs leads to us having to figure out solutions on the fly and it honestly does not seem like that leadership cares about how these layoffs are affecting the CURRENT business. * Rotating door of Execs who have no idea what's going on in the ground. We're just treated like numbers on a spreadsheet.
