      Management disconnected from employees, sales team sells services that we don't offer, expected to deliver for an unreasonable amount of accounts, with an overloaded scope of work, and not enough time to do it all

      It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

      Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
