Pros
Understanding management Ability to grow into other roles Plenty of A-list brands to put on your resume Benefits are amazing. I haven't had out of pocket medical expenses since joining. Work from home. Competent coworkers.
Cons
Raises. They only happen once a year. If you get moved around, your new manager may not have the details to put you up for a raise. The company itself isn't doing well from a profit standpoint. Not awful, but not great, Adds stress on how long you'll be there.
