Business outlook
Pros
- the BEST company culture (and I’ve worked for some of the biggest brands as well as start ups) - competitive salary and bonus incentives - they equip you with any and every resource you may need to be successful
Cons
- not having as many monster employees near you when you don’t work close to HQ in SoCal.. I love my coworkers and wish I got to be around more of them! - everything we do has to be funneled thru Coca Cola which can sometimes slow down processes, but we collaborate really well with them and are able to tag team issues together, so I’d hardly consider this a con
