Pros
Montclair State has a working policy for students who need work part time. Students are only allowed to work 20 hours a week which is good to give the student time for school work. Flexible scheduling is also a plus.
Cons
For some residence buildings hours can be late at night which can be troublesome for students who have to take early classes.
