So supportive and understanding as a creative. The whole company is open to ideas you aren't just a number you are valued. Doesn't matter your role, you're open to pitch in on any part if you have insight.

Sometimes things are just piled on top. And it's just a lot to handle.

Great, creative co-workers who care about your input and wellbeing. Good work/life balance. Nice huge office (but now weirdly empty).

Really weak and absent leadership (literally). Took more than a year to design a new website while company was sinking. Act like they care deeply about everyone, until the layoffs hit. Hired a president for a 20 person company (?) who brought in zero work.
