      You can make it what you want, employee trust is high and if you have ideas for projects usually you can just pursue them

      Cons

      Small agency that sometimes lacks direction and vision, can get a little caught in the new biz cycle

      Great People, Questionable Leadership

      Pros

      Great, creative co-workers who care about your input and wellbeing. Good work/life balance. Nice huge office (but now weirdly empty).

      Cons

      Really weak and absent leadership (literally). Took more than a year to design a new website while company was sinking. Act like they care deeply about everyone, until the layoffs hit. Hired a president for a 20 person company (?) who brought in zero work.
