Good benefits, great pay if you’re hitting quota, high caliber sales people to learn from

Really complex product Your success isn’t dependent on you, it’s really dependent on your territory and the account executives you’re aligned to Those who hit quota usually get opportunities from their AE’s to supplement their own opportunities, so if your AE’s aren’t outbounding and driving new opps with you (most aren’t) you’re not going to hit quota and promote up Public sector ADRs shouldn’t be on the same quota attainment as those who sell to SI’s or private sector companies
