Watch good guy after good guy leave this company considering the desk jockeys do not listen to the field guy’s concerns. Expect to make anywhere from 40k-80k (80k if you’re lucky after 6 years) while your HR lady collects 160k sitting behind a desk as you risk your life 300’ in the air in -10 degrees weather, 30mph wind, 1/4” of ice on tower, while sending up 40-2,000+ lbs of metal. Don’t risk your life to make another man rich.
