      Great group of guys who keep their noses clean. This place won't ship you out of town for 4+ weeks at a time.

      Good company, as tower companies go.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, but that's more the industry than the company. Pay your dues, move up, increase your value to the company, and get a better balance, but it's never going to be perfect.
