-Competitive pay, friendly employees, warm environment, great culture, great benefits(pension!), clean and safe working conditions, open communication between departments, they do not have too high of expectations beyond a good work ethic and a positive attitude, the bank looks after its customers just as genuinely as its employees (which is saying a lot for a bank), they never overlook opportunities for growth, the bank is continuing to improve, they encourage community involvement (i personally love that part! personal bankers get paid overtime just to attend local events!), also everyone at the bank continuously encourages and shows appreciation towards one another, especially in the retail department. i haven’t worked with many companies, but i know working here has set the bar pretty high for my expectations, this bank is a keeper.

i really cannot complain, but if i had to, i’d say their training program is not well thought-out or flexible, but even that is something they are improving on!

Health benefits are decent but a little pricey
