Demoralizing culture (lack of appreciation towards employees, favoritism, etc) Adverse to change Very little opportunity to progress within the organization (it takes many years to even consider getting promoted) Lack of professional development opportunities Subpar healthcare coverage for those not based in California The staff retreats are not an enjoyable time to look forward to. It is just an opportunity to gather all the regional staff together to talk about business the whole time. This company does a poor job in recognizing and rewarding employee efforts.
